Dinner again

So last night I made dinner but I couldn't get the pic uploaded, so here it is...

Hawaiian Teriyaki Salmon with rice and mixed vegetables. Most Teriyaki sauce recipes I've found use brown sugar and soya sauce, this one from a Hawaiian Luau used Pineapple juice for the sweetener.

that looks tasty. we're gonna have grilled cheese sammages with ham in em tonight. too hot for gourmet ya know.
